We chose ODI because of the importance that the team puts on outdoor time, supporting more independence in my little, and how connected the long term staff is. When we first visited, I asked the core team some questions that were important to us and it was so comforting to see how much they cared about the center, the kids, and each other (plus it seemed like they had a lot of fun together). 

Now that we've been here for several months, I appreciate how supportive the staff is to us as parents (shout out to Linda, Nicole and Tasha for always being there to comfort us and answer all my questions) and to my guy when he has an especially difficult drop off. I also really appreciate how respectful they are to my concerns and wishes for my kid. 

I also LOVE the daily white board sayings- they make me laugh every time.
